As a contact person for a company or organization Bolander & Co has a brokerage assignment from, we process the following information: name, phone number, e-mail address and your position at the company or organization.

If your company is a private company, we also process your personal identification number.

In cases where you are employed or otherwise named in an insurance that is signed by a company or organization that Bolander & Co has a brokerage assignment from, we treat information about you that is necessary for the current insurance, ie. personal identification number, name and insurance information.

Where does the information come from?

Bolander & Co collects the information directly from you as well as companies with whom you are associated. This could be an employer, a member organization and / or a company acting as a group representative. ​

To what purpose do we process your personal information?

Your personal information is processed because you are covered by a brokerage assignment from your current or previous employer, member organization or group insurance representative, or an assignment from you personally. We process your information in order to administer current insurances and services and fulfil the legal documentation requirements that apply to our business.

Mandatory or optional?

The information we have about you is required to broker the insurance, with the exception of your e-mail address and your position, which are optional.

What is the legal basis/legitimate interest of Bolander & Co?

The legal basis for processing your personal information is the fulfilment of a legal obligation to document the customer relationship and the implementation of the agreement we have with your employer, member organization or group representative, or directly with you.

Who is the receiver of personal information, country?

The information Bolander & Co process about you may be sent to the insurance company that covers your insurance, as well as your employer. The recipients are located in Sweden or within EU/EES.

How long is the information stored?

Bolander & Co stores your personal information for as long as is necessary with regards to the insurance period and the period within which liability claims arising from the insurance can be made.

Who may gain access to your personal information?

Your personal information will not be transferred or sold to third parties for advertising purposes. However, your personal data may be disclosed to third parties (personal data assistants) if it is required to fulfill Bolander & Co:s assignment.

How do we protect your personal information?

Bolander & Co performs the technical and organizational security measures required by law to ensure that your personal information is not manipulated, lost or destroyed or accessed by unautorized persons. Current safety routines are constantly updated as technology progresses.
